Paypal currency exchange is incorrect and makes you lose?

Im talking about the trade feature within paypal itself not Forex at all….

My credit card and selling stocks it is called the spread have never swapped currencies through paypal so am not familiar with the currency exchanges.
Just switch to another broker.
